"I am very sorry to hear about the loss of Tio Laudalino. I will always remember him as a kind and gentle person. I have many good memories of my visit to California and the time we spent together sightseeing. Too Laudalino was a generous and gracious host and made me feel very welcome. My deepest sympathy goes out to the whole family. Love, Anna Xoxo"

"I was so sad to hear about the passing of Titio Laudalino. Mom named me after him and I spent my first years living with him in my grandparents' home. Later, in Canada we would have frequent visits from our uncle and family on their way to Sao Miguel. Those visits were so much fun as the whole extended family would gather, eat, drink and reconnect. Later, uncle Laudalino would proudly talk about the bounties of his garden and the battles with the critters in the back yard. He was a wonderful person full of compassion, kindness, love and laughter. Our condolences to Tia Graca, Liz and Manny. May the memories you have sustain you and help you heal over the next days and years. Titio laudalina will be forever in our hearts.
Love,
Maria Laudalina, Rufus and Patrick"
